With that said, it doesn’t mean you can’t wear all the fun “touristy” outfits, and it doesn’t mean you have to! Contrary to popular belief, Nashville natives typically don’t frolic around in light up cowboy hats on a daily basis. If you’re not on a bachelorette weekend wearing your matching t-shirts and coordinating outfits (that we absolutely adore), normal day-to-day style is relaxed yet trendy. You’d be fine with breezy sundresses or your favorite denim paired with a cute and trendy top. Throw on your favorite booties for a little Nashville flare and you’re good to go!

At night, it’s easy to glam up whether you’re going out to a fancy restaurant or bar hopping. Crank up the heat by styling a leather jacket, paired with a gorgeous form fitting dress or a cute top with a blinged out skirt. BTW, why does everyone look so much cooler in a leather jacket!? As always, throw on that cowboy hat on top for a touch of fun! The trick here is to use neutral colors to make your outfit trendy, while also making a statement. A personal go-to of mine is all black everythinggg, not only is it slimming (can I get an amen), but makes you look like an absolute baddie.

Don’t think we weren't going to mention those cowgirl boots you’re dying to show off! One trend we’re absolutely loving this season, (even if you’re not coming to the South), is the rise of western style. You can’t get on Instagram without seeing the cutest white tall cowgirl boots paired with a simple sundress. This is also a great way to throw on an all denim moment to really embrace your “Not So Average Cowgirl” best self. Think Britney Spears iconic denim moment meets Nashville!
