Walk to bars, restaurants, shops, and our private deeded beach in 8 to 10 minutes. No car needed. Our resort style lagoon pool and café is one block away. A complimentary tram stop across the street will take you to Peddlers Pavilion, our private beach, and all throughout the neighborhood.
The Space
Step into Casa Al Mare 30A, a coastal inspired home for bachelorettes featuring open concept spaces. The living room embodies a total beach vibe with large glass windows streaming natural sunlight, high end furnishings, and a tranquil atmosphere of sea glass greens and sandy beiges.
The large open chef kitchen features multiple ovens and a great mingling space for catering. Next to the kitchen, a solid mango wood table with 12 slip covered chairs is the perfect spot for games or a besties’ brunch. With additional seating for 4 at the island and 6 at the outdoor table, everyone has a seat at the table here.
Designed for Groups
Two spacious living areas feature 85” smart TVs paired with Sonos sound for the ultimate movie night. The first floor space boasts seating for 14 and a large coffee table for puzzles and board games.
The home sleeps 14 comfortably in professionally designed beds. No air mattresses here. Every bedroom comes complete with multiple pillows, white noise machines, charging stations, full length mirrors, and 55” smart TVs.
The Amenities
Our 5 spa inspired bathrooms are a serene sanctuary for relaxation. They offer glass walk in showers, multiple rain shower heads, soaking tubs, and full size personal care essentials.
To prevent a bathroom bottleneck, our glam stations in every bathroom feature 7 total makeup mirrors so everyone can get ready at once.
Relaxation zones include 4 decks each with their own vibe, ocean breezes, and string lighting for morning coffee or late night chats. The large upper deck features comfy seating, a 55” smart TV, and a beverage fridge.
Venture outside to the lush landscaping with pink drift roses and up lighting; a popular spot for group photos. Nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach, Casa Al Mare 30A is the prime location for exploring the most iconic towns on 30A.
